Royal Arctic Line has entered into a partnership with DHL Liner Agency on Iceland
Royal Arctic Line has entered into an agreement with DHL Liner Agency to act on their behalf as liner agents in Iceland. The agreement with DHL Liner Agency replaces the agreement with Eimskip, which has represented Royal Arctic Line in Iceland as liner agents since 1993.
The agreement with DHL Liner Agency comprises booking, receiving, handling, packing and delivery of general cargo (LCL) that is carried between Iceland and Greenland.
The agreement means that from 29th September 2021 our customers must book, deliver and receive their general cargo (LCL) at DHL Liner Agency’s terminal in Hafnarfjörður.
From 29th September 2021, general cargo (LCL) can no longer be delivered to Eimskip’s terminal in Reykjavik.
Customers who need to book whole containers (FCL) must also contact DHL Liner Agency on Iceland. However, FCL cargo can still be delivered directly to Eimskip’s terminal in Reykjavik.
