Presentation of valid ID when picking up goods

As of 01.04.2021, Royal Arctic Line will tighten its procedure regarding presentation of valid ID when picking up goods. If you pick up goods on behalf of someone else, you must always bring a power of attorney.

For external drivers who pick up goods on behalf of other companies, it is important to ensure the company in question has issued a power of attorney which clearly states the names of the drivers who may pick up the goods. If the driver’s name is not stated, or there is no power of attorney, it will not be possible to pick up the goods.
